This list contains the names of everyone smoking cigars for free using other peoples’ credit cards or have engaged in a credit card scam.
We also consider a credit card scam any action where an order has been partially shipped and then a chargeback for 100% of the order value was processed (for example scammer X bought 4 boxes of Cohiba Siglo VI, and after he has received the first parcel containing two boxes he instructs his bank to action a credit card chargeback for a refund of all four).
We strongly encourage all cigar merchants to do the same. This way we can protect our industry from these people.
